The Ordonnance of 25 april 2019 regarding the short-term lease of commercial premises was published in the Belgisch Staatsblad/Moniteur Belge on 9 may 2019 and is applicable to agreements concluded from may 19th.

The provisions regarding the short-term commercial lease come into force on May 1st, 2018.
